We currently supply to customers within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed from outside the UK may be declined or cancelled at our discretion.

4. Products & Orders

All product descriptions, specifications, and purity values are provided in good faith and are based on analytical data from third-party testing. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that product information is free from errors.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or where we suspect misuse.

Orders are confirmed by email upon receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs upon dispatch.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.

We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Fab Peptides does not store card details.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly on business days. Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Fab Peptides is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. If a delivery is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will work with our courier to resolve the issue.

Free next-day delivery is offered on qualifying orders above the stated threshold. This applies to standard UK mainland addresses only and is subject to order cutoff times.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. We may require photographic evidence of any issue before processing a resolution.
